UNTITLED EXPERIMENTAL SPIRITS RELEASES
All Batches released so far:
Spirit of Grampus‘Spirit of Grampus’ is distilled from Hellbender Brewing Company’s Grampus Smoked Nut Brown ale and aged for year and a half in new American oak barrels.
Hop Creek‘Hop Creek’ is District Made Straight Rye Whiskey infused with Chinook and wet hopped Cascade whole cone hops, then aged in new American oak barrels for 6 months.
Spirit of the Stone‘Spirit of the Stone’ is distilled from DC Brau’s Stone of Arbroath scotch ale and aged for 2 years in ex-bourbon barrels also used to age their Penn Quarter Porter.
Wee Heavy‘Untitled Wee Heavy’ is a 6 year-old wheated bourbon finished in barrels used to age Hellbender Brewing Company’s Groundskeeper of Islay, a wee heavy scotch ale.
