How do you organize your bunkers?

    Hi all,

    I'm curious as to how you organize your collection? Do you sort by distillery? By proof? Alphabetical?

    I am in the process of building a new shelving system and am struggling with a way to quickly find bottles. Interested in learning how others sort their collections.
